Dr. P. Sivasankaran is well known name in the field of psychiatry. He started his career in the Government Health Services of Kerala in 1968 as an Assistant Surgeon, then as a Psychiatrist and retired as Deputy Director of Health Services, Kerala. He also served at the Mental Health Centre, Thrissur(the former Government Mental Hospital and Health Centre,Trichur) over a span of many years. Post-retirement, he practised in the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Dr.P. Sivasankaran joined Shalom Hospital right from its inception and has been with us ever since.
