Dr. Rajesh Vidhyadharan did his graduation from the prestigious Government Medical College, Thiruvanathapuram, affiliated to Kerala University. He completed his post-graduation in psychiatry from the University of Calicut in 1999. Dr. Rajesh Vidhyadharan  started practice at Louise Mount Hospital, Wayanad, Kerala in the year 2000 and served up to 2004. In 2004, he shifted his practice to Pollachi and worked at Kousalya Medical Centre, Pollachi.

Dr. Rajesh Vidhyadharan has been a part of Shalom Care N Cure for the lat 4-5 years, presently known as SIMHAR ( Shalom Institute of Mental Health and Research).
